The Spirit of Giving
For many families of Alice Housing, Christmas is a time of stress and sadness. Financial strain and family isolation are often burdens to women during this time of year. In an effort to bring Christmas cheer to the women and children of Alice Housing, we encourage businesses and service groups to adopt a family for the Christmas season. By doing so, children are assured of waking up on Christmas morning to see if Santa heard their wishes and women have all the fixin’s for a wonderful festive dinner.
